3. We take the potential of a conflict of interest seriously. We confirm that we have no conflict of interest. If we become aware of a potential conflict, we will tell you.

1. Our approach starts with a presentation of what is possible for you—if money were no object, in the specified area. We then get to know you and your financial details better, so we can prescribe the best solution we have for you.
2. We will be in touch with you at least annually to review the portfolio we develop to make sure your requirements continue to be met.
3. Your privacy and confidentiality are respected. Your information is only used for our work together. You can read our privacy policy at wrightwealth.ca/privacy.
4. If you agree, you may be referred to other experts, so you can achieve your goals more effectively and quickly. You will be advised of and will approve this in advance.
5. Account Minimums: We don't have a minimum account size. We believe that 'everybody counts or nobody counts' and that anyone who has reached out to us should have access to our services. There may be, however, minimums that are set by some of our partners which will be addressed during our conversations.

What is expected from you:

1. Be open to new approaches for your life and living benefits insurance products and retirement security.
2. Fully disclose the information we request so that we can recommend the best solutions for your needs.
3. Carefully consider our recommendations so you can take advantage of our work.
4. Do business with us on the products or services we bring to your attention.
5. We work primarily "By Recommendation" and introduction. This benefits you because we work hard for you and your family, so you will be comfortable recommending us. Please don't keep us a secret.
6. Please read our proposals carefully to catch any inadvertent errors or oversights.
7. Notify us immediately of any important personal, financial, business or family changes as soon as they happen so we can make necessary adjustments.
